Genesis keeps an eye on the long game: ensuring people, systems, and incentives can sustain change. We do this work in two ways. First, we intentionally invest time and effort to build client organizations' confidence and capacity to lead change long after an engagement ends. Second, we design with economic stability in mind by aligning or creating incentives for change from the start.
Sustainable
We know what is at stake for our clients: families that urgently need help; tightening budgets and volatile markets; and more noise than signal in how to respond. Genesis helps clients maximize their resources by starting each engagement with an exploration of the root factors that shape the opportunity or challenge at hand. These insights then inform targeted, evidence-informed solutions that directly address those root factors.
